At Fantasy Fragrance Company, we want your home to smell magical; if you are not completely enchanted by your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all candles and diffusers remain in their original packaging and have not been lit or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place your unused fragrance products in their original boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
